New note taker rule and assignment

As of July Aug. 28, 2008

Note taker assignment

In order to share note taking work, take a turn for each one hour slot.

Designate from atop of OGSA-WG member list based on the following algorithm:

• You are exempt if you lead that session.
• You are exempt if you pick another slot for note taking.
• You are exempt if you are not on the call.
• When you accept, your name move to the bottom of the list.

• Newbie and guest will join observer list at first. In due time, he/she will become member.
• Members not attending for a substantial period of time are moved to an intermediate list.
